The DataKinetics® tableBASE® base product is shipped with a batch interface. The tableBASE IMS Interface provides the capabilities of tableBASE for IMS online applications.

In addition, the integration of tableBASE VTS into the IMS online environment gives IMS new options for multithreading activity, making it possible for multiple MPRs running on the same LPAR to share data tables among themselves, giving their transactions concurrent access to the same in-memory data.
