- Make sales presentations, as well as provide technical support for assigned products to other sales staff
- Devise product solutions to specific customer requirements

Starting point
- At least 5 years of sales engineering experience
- The technical knowledge and ability to put together successful product proposals, and to do first line trouble-shooting with customers' systems

Starting point

- Strong C Programming experience

We are currently looking for Mainframe Developers to join our team.
Important criteria
- Working with the development team to design, enhance, and implement features

Starting point
- Experience with JCL, TSO, ISPF, VM, IMS, CICS, IDMS, EXPEDITOR, ABEND-AID for CICS, DB2, File-AID, MVS Tools, SQL, VSAM, InterTest, JES Tools, etc.
- COBOL and DB2 programming experience to enable analysis of code written by others
- Experience/exposure to various mainframe-based job scheduling tools
- Experience with mainframe-based software configuration management systems
- Detail oriented and committed to consistently completing repetitive production-like tasks on-time and error free
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual; team player who can adapt to changes in customer requirements
- Ability to research problems and provide solutions
- 5+ years of development experience
- Bachelors degree or higher

Quality Assurance (QA) Testers
We are currently looking for QA Testers to join our team.
Important criteria
- Participate in specifications review, test planning, creation and execution of test cases, defect reporting, defect verification, and problem resolution verification
- Responsible for raising risks as early as possible in the system development life cycle
- Involved in QA automation
- Analysis of complicated systems with many points of integration on a low level where you may be exposed to the code base
- Provide suggestions and take on extra responsibilities as the team grows
Starting point

- Experience supporting external customers in an application development or maintenance environment

IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT support specialist with broad experience and a knack for problem solving.
Important criteria:
- Provide technical support to users with various hardware and software issues
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and on projects with a diverse scope
- Strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate some experience in budget planning
Starting point:
- Determine user requirements
- Setup and maintain LINUX, Windows and other server systems
- Setup and maintain desktop and notebooks running Windows XP, VISTA and MacOS.
- Maintain LAN and WAN links and telecommunications equipment
- Maintain firewalls and anti-virus systems
